Respect the aged persons,take blessing from them and be polite in your every action.You will succeed in your every action,if it is for good of everybody.
If it is not for good of anybody,you may succeed,but may not get satisfaction.Hence it is only good of human being that will be permanent and all other actions are only for temporary satisfaction of present will.
Our life is mortal and you cannot satisfy yourselves unless you act in good faith with your own mind and others with whom you deal.
I sincerely believe that if you act according to your imagination and thoughts,overlooking wish of others and if you do not respect others,even though they work under you, you will not get success as you expect. Hence always take opinion of subordinates where it is necessary in your own interest.
Managing men is more important than managing any other work or money. Proper placement of men will automatically ensure proper flow of money for making profit of your concern.
