As per my experience  everything is not  in our hand but something is in our hand and that is will,efforts and constant follow up of a given task or problem. We should not be nervous for not gaining success,unless our all efforts are exhausted.. There are limitations of energy, money and or knowledge but we can gain our energy by regular exercise, earn money by working hard and gain knowledge by going to school and college and classes, reading various important related books and gaining knowledge through Internet,and by taking advise of experts and professionals..
So be positive and be cheerful in every steps of life and be satisfied always.

Navagraha Mitra MandalSince 1950
Pune is famous for its Ganesh festival. Navagraha Mitra Mandal is one of the oldest Ganpati mandals celebrating Ganpati Utasv since the year 1950. Mandal is located opposite historical Shaniwar Wada and near to the Lal Mahal where Great King Shivajimaharaja spent his childhood. Shri. Mansing Patole, the President of the mandal is a social activist right from his school days.The Mandal is famous for the mind blowing decoration attracting large crowds every year. Jungle book, Jurassic park, Akshardham temple, Vishnu Dashavtar, Eiffel Tower are some of the popular decorations of the mandal.
As the Mandal is located in the heart of the Pune city almost a million people visit the Mandal during ten days of Ganesh Festival. Lord Ganesha’s holy idol is prepared by famous Sculptor artist Shri. Prakash Gosavi. And Pranpratishthapana has been done by His holiness Shri Jagadguru Shankaracharya of Kanchi kamkoti Peeth on the Gudhi Padwa day of 1989.

Married Life

Marriages are made in heaven. The life partner always thinks of his or her joyful married life and peace of mind with satisfaction both mental and physical .Enjoyment is always to be done with mutual understanding. Bad habits and bad friends and bad and unnecessary  ego ruins the married life. It is very important to be faithful to each other.Every activity should be transparent and both should respect each other. When both have decided to live together for well being of both and any difference due to acting of other may be the cause for disturbance in the life. Hence one should be careful about all activities done or to be done. Doubts should be cleared on the spot. Anybody if does mistakes those should be rectified without any delay and accept it frankly. Both should ensure smooth consumption of life stream with self respect, respect to spouse and if necessary the guidance of respectable persons should be taken. Bad attractions should be avoided. Now a days even though well settled, the dispute is created either by the husband or by the wife for the reasons which can be sorted out and cleared. Both should love each other. Both should think of their children, there well being and education and ensure good habits of all.

No one should be possessive for his or her own ego or bad habits to break or continue to be disputed married life. No one should dominate each other. Otherwise the married life will be a gamble for loss of both and the children have to bear the consequences of the parent.

The God and myself

When I think of the power of God I always keep my eyes closed and try to see the figure of God. I always see Shri Vishnu Bhagwan letting on the Sheshnag and holding Kamal(Lotus) in one hand and thinking of the world for betterment in everybody's life.When he thinks of the world, I wonder,how we are so careless and negligent that we cannot even imagine to think for self development in the life. Glamorous world is so fast and attractive that nobody wants to develop physically as well as mentally by proper exercise and by updating knowledge which is available in this magical world for everybody. Gaining knowledge or professional degree and progressing in our art is the real life. My principal motto is always to associate with good friends, to do our duty sincerely with interest and to tough all aspects of life with good measurement. I always believe that to pray God is not only important but to act upon our good things is also important. Somebody is always responsible for our growth and prosperity. If we want to be in close relation with God we must progress ourselves physically and mentally by accepting the challenges of the present and safeguarding and preparing ourselves for the future. Life is always dynamic and every body should try to shape it as nice as possible. Thinking on my this message is not sufficient, but starting an action accordingly in the rest of the life is essential.Best Luck to all.

Keeping a Diary.

When I wake up in the morning I am always eager to read daily news papers,with a cup of tea and snacks. Then I go out for a walk or sometimes help my wife in her morning preparation of food for us and cleaning pots etc if required.I propose to write my diary but it is now a days postponed by me without valid reason. I have now decided to keep diary of my daily routine and thoughts. It will help me for regular good habits for rest of my life. It will also help me to follow up the work in arrears and tasks that are before me for completion of the same. Failure is not advisable but chasing something to do is more important to achieve the success in the life for which keeping of diary is certainly useful.
Diary is useful for our clean picture of mind, preparing plans, managing events and taking decision in proper time. Everyone should ensure to keep diary by writing the important events in the diary including name,phone,contact numbers,future plans and reading the human nature of ourselves and others for use in the society and family.

Fingers

It is curious to know that we can progress by 10 fingures of hand and we are not in so much need of 10 fingers of our legs. Then why our legs require fingures. Is it to do something in emergency? I wonder to know that how our 10 fingures of legs are helpful to us in day to day life.Then another question I always face to know that when our both hands are with equal number of fingures, why it is necessary to have equal numbers of fingures to our both legs also? Why 10 fingures for hands? Why not eleven or nine? The God is great! No one can imagine the purpose behind it.
Person should think of the architecture of our body and get it used in such a way that we should keep all our fingures to an object to capture the events or chances coming to our life for better opportunity and success. Author: Shrinivas Gosavi.

Our life is mortal and you cannot satisfy yourselves unless you act in good faith with your own mind and others with whom you deal.
I sincerely believe that if you act according to your imagination and thoughts,overlooking wish of others and if you do not respect others,even though they work under you, you will not get success as you expect. Hence always take opinion of subordinates where it is necessary in your own interest.
Managing men is more important than managing any other work or money. Proper placement of men will automatically ensure proper flow of money for making profit of your concern.
